Eligibility & Age Restriction

18+ Only. bhb999 conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded to the source payment method. All winnings accrued by underage players are void and will not be paid out. We encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental controls to prevent access to gambling websites by minors.
bhb999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual player may hold only one (1) bhb999 account. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering your bhb999 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with your account and must update it promptly whenever it changes.
bhb999 operates a mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. You may be required to submit any combination of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or upon bhb999's request at any time:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name).

The following payment methods are currently supported on the bhb999 Platform for players based in Bangladesh:

Deposits are credited to your bhb999 account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes for mobile money transactions. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless bhb999's compliance team approves an alternative at its sole discretion. bhb999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than the registered account holder, or anonymous payment instruments.
Important: bhb999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) safeguards to all financial transactions. Deposits may only be made from payment methods that are registered in the same name as the bhb999 account holder. bhb999 reserves the right to return deposits to their source if AML checks cannot be satisfied.
Bonus & Promotions Policy
bhb999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all bhb999 promotions:
- Bonuses are available to registered, fully verified bhb999 players only. Players who have not completed KYC may have bonus access restricted until verification is complete.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times is considered abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any bhb999 software or game.
- Transferring funds between player accounts or acting as an intermediary for third-party gambling.
- Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where you are responsible for determining whether your access is lawful.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bhb999 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
bhb999 monitors Platform activity continuously for evidence of prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in any of the above activities will have their accounts reviewed, and bhb999 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including withholding withdrawals pending investigation, permanently closing accounts, and recovering any funds obtained through prohibited conduct.
Bots, scripts, and automated betting software are strictly forbidden. bhb999 uses real-time detection systems to identify and suspend non-human account activity.
Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion is prohibited and subject to permanent account closure without appeal.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, reverse-engineer bhb999 systems, or tamper with game outcomes will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Account Suspension & Closure
You may close your bhb999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method, and any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days of the closure request being confirmed.
bhb999 may suspend or close your account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Inactivity exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy notification procedures.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bhb999 will aim to complete its investigation and communicate the outcome to you within thirty (30) days. During any suspension period, access to funds may be withheld. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bhb999 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, game providers, and payment partners shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of commercial contract law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bhb999's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. bhb999's internal complaints procedure is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a detailed written description of the dispute. bhb999 aims to respond to all formal complaints within seven (7) business days.
Gambling risk reminder: Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit and wager on bhb999.
